The client faced challenges with a legacy Risk Assessment (RA) process for customer onboarding, scattered across various processes and technology platforms in different countries.
The goal was to consolidate these into a unified Pega platform on the AWS Cloud. The existing issues included prolonged onboarding processes, data inaccuracies, and confusion.
Solution
A Risk Assessment platform was designed and implemented on Pega to facilitate customer onboarding across different countries with minimal application changes.
An Automated DevOps (CI/CD) Pipeline was established for the iterative migration of multiple Pega apps to the AWS Cloud.
Integration with various credit rating systems, such as FATCA and NORKOM, was achieved to analyze customer RA, and rules were implemented to onboard or reject customers based on creditworthiness.
