- Implementing the desired functionalities on GCP and Azure, we utilized each platform’s development suite to create conversational interfaces
- A Flask application served as the middleware for the chatbots, ensuring seamless integration and efficient communication
- The chatbot functionalities encompassed multi-lingual support for conversations, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech capabilities
- Generative responses from OpenAI’s LLM, grounded in the provided documents, were integrated, along with the ability to render rich responses such as YouTube videos, cards, and quick replies/suggestions
