The World is Our Community
We support global initiatives through The Innova Foundation and help our employees worldwide to serve those in need at a local level.
Community Outreach and Corporate Giving
Our community services include corporate-level giving. We also help our employees to contribute to programs that are important to them. From sponsor-a-child programs, tutoring, animal walks, bicycling events, holiday adopt-a-family programs, food bank volunteering, clothing donations to environment-based initiatives – the spirit of giving runs deep throughout our company.
Many of these initiatives fill a small or one-time need. Others involve ongoing commitments of time and skill. Most are profoundly important to our employees on a personal level. And they all make a positive difference in the community. The following are just a few of the many programs and organizations we support. We hope that our stories will inspire you to reach out and awaken the giving spirit that is within you.

Our Partnership With WIT
With a firm belief in this cause, we at Innova Solutions have sponsored 2021 Women in Technology’s (WIT) Women of the Year Awards. The WIT awards celebrate the success and contribution of women in leadership positions and recognize deserving school and college girl students for their outstanding abilities. WIT is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to making Georgia the state with the highest percentage of women in the STEAM workforce.
Innova Solutions has a critical role to play in empowering girls and women to follow their dreams. We help them break the barriers by providing professional mentors, tutors, and role models to inspire and inform.
Till date, we have provided more than $80K worth of scholarships and technology to deserving girls, helping them secure a brighter future
Black History Month
YWCA Teen Girls in Technology (TGI Tech)
The TGI Tech Program’s goal is to empower girls by fostering their interests, breaking barriers, and increasing confidence in the areas of science, technology, engineering, arts/design, and math (STEAM)-related fields.
It has been our privilege to be an active leader within this wonderful program since 2006. Innova Solutions provides professional mentors, tutors, and role models to inspire and inform. To date, The Foundation has provided over $150,000 worth of scholarships and technology to deserving girls, helping them to secure a brighter future, and in some cases, becoming the first in their families to attend college.
We have organized trips to the Kennedy Space Center and allowed the girls to interact with astronauts over lunch. The program began with 50 girls and now benefits over 1000 girls in the program today.
This program is dear to the heart of Nita Sardana, our Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving. She serves as a board member of the YWCA in Atlanta. In 2014, she was honored with the YWCA Salute to Career Women of Achievement Award for her personal career success, dynamic leadership qualities, and ability to serve as a role model.
Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund
JRF is a remarkable organization that has changed the lives of thousands by providing scholarships and support for low-income women (age 35+) to build better lives through college completion.
The Foundation helps by contributing to the funding of these scholarships and through the involvement of our Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving, Nita Sardana. Nita is active in fundraising and with the scholarship selection committee. JRF honored Nita for her involvement in 2018 by naming her an Atlanta SMART Woman.
Earth Saviours Foundation
The Earth Saviours Foundation is an internationally recognized NGO that was founded in 2008 by Ravi Kalra, a well-known Karma Yogi, social activist, and environmentalist. The Foundation is dedicated to serving people and protecting the environment, and Innova Solutions has been actively involved with their cause at multiple locations.
Some of the ongoing missions are:
- Old age home to look after homeless – abandoned senior citizens.
- Rescue center to look after mentally disabled people.
- Jia Nari Niketan shelter to look after deprived females.
- Battle to save environment and its habitats.
Feeding America – The Hunger Warriors
Innova Solutions has a longstanding association with the Feeding America campaign, which ensures that the needy and underprivileged get the nutritional food they need. Innova Solutions Foundation annually collects and delivers canned goods to the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Our associates volunteer to sort and box food to be distributed to various organizations across the U.S. to feed many families, not just the homeless. This food also goes to working-class people who may have fallen on hard times or simply can’t make ends meet.
Adoption of Schools in India
Providing children with modern facilities, access to meals and ability to use latest generation technology.
Education is often the first step toward a brighter future for those in need, and the Innova Foundation is dedicated to advocating for the welfare of school children in communities around the world. Led by Nita Sardana, Innova’s VP of Community Outreach & Corporate Giving, the foundation recently completed several facilities improvement projects at two of its adopted schools in India—Asgarpur Primary School and Zilla Parishad School. As a result, both schools now have the necessary facilities to educate children in a safe, clean environment.
