Client Need
The client required the discontinuation of core banking applications and processes based on legacy technology
- Move iWave applications from old platform to a new and modern cloud platform
- Migrate workflow and content from legacy to new platform with minimal to no disruption to their business operations
Our Solution
The project focused on modernizing 21 core banking processes. The following steps were taken to achieve this:
- Migration to IBM Cloud: The first step involved migrating the existing iWave applications from the old, outdated platform to a new, contemporary cloud platform
- Layered Architecture: A layered architecture was designed and implemented on the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation Platform. This architecture ensured efficient organization and functioning of banking processes
- DevOps Pipeline: An automated DevOps pipeline was established to streamline application deployment and rollout. This enabled quick and reliable updates and deployments
