Our Solution
We developed a user-friendly desktop application to streamline the client’s bathtub metal coating process:
- A centralized database provided chemists with pre-defined settings for each bathtub profile and metal coating type. It ensures the correct measurements and chemical combinations are used for consistent, high-quality results.
- The “Scheduled Bath Analysis” feature allowed daily monitoring of the chemical content and concentration of every coated bathtub. The system automatically generates alerts on a central dashboard when a coating nears expiration, enabling proactive maintenance and quality control.
