  1. Tailor your resume to the specific job you are applying for: Make sure to customize your resume for each job you apply for. Look at the job description and highlight the skills and qualifications required. Make sure those skills and qualifications are prominent on your resume.
  2. Mutual benefit: Focus on the company vision / mission and goals, direct your goals and anticipated targets towards the same along with the skill specification.
