Limited remote access and unclear processes for VPN and application changes hampered their efficiency so they explored migrating desktop modules to mobile for improved user experience.
Our Solution
To improve code quality and collaboration, we implemented a two-level code review process with a prepared checklist for both onshore and offshore team leads. Additionally, we successfully migrated the existing Windows EMS application to Xamarin, including key functionalities like Survey Question Detail, Survey Review, Reason Issue Management, and Finish Visit screens.
