He comes with vast experience in Business Management, Administration, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Organizational Planning & Development, Acquisitions and Mergers and People Management.
Prior to Innova he worked as SVP of Operations for large companies like Ness Technologies & People Combine, where he was responsible for a wide spectrum of functions – Operations Management, Marketing, HR Management, Strategic Planning, Recruitment, Employee Relations & Orientation, Performance Management and Infrastructure.
