1. No diversity – This is indicative that the supplier does not have any diversity ownership in the
company. The vendor should select the business size (small or large) in Section A, complete the
company details on the last page and submit the signed form to us.
2. Self – reported – This selection indicates that the supplier has a diversity ownership; however, the
supplier has not completed the certification process with a third-party certifying agency. In such
case, the supplier should complete:
• Section A (select Business Size)
• Section B (select box for ‘self-reported’ and the associated diversity categories/ownership types)
• Section C (select Minority Group type if a vendor has a minority owned diversity status)
• The company details on the last page and the submit the signed form to us.
3. Diversity certified – This selection indicates the supplier has diversity ownership and has been
certified by a third-party certifying agency that has validated the supplier’s credentials as a diversity
supplier. In this case, the supplier should complete:
• Section A (select Business Size)
• Section B (select diversity categories/ ownership types)
• Section C (select Minority Group type if a vendor has a minority owned diversity status and
provide certification details)
• Company information on the last page and send the signed form back to us.
• The supplier will need to submit a copy of a valid diversity certificate supporting the diversity
categories/ownership types selected in Section B of the form.
Our partnership with the client began in 2020 when we were added as a supplier for staff augmentation and executive search positions.
Filled the following positions: Clinical Operations Manager (3), Senior Manager Clinical Operations (2), Sr CRA, Associate Director Regulatory Affairs, Biostats Contractor, Clinical Documentation Contractor, Senior Manager Biostatistics, Senior Manager Medical Review/Information.
Most of the roles are based in Lake Forest, Illinois which has a tight talent market.
Our partnership with this client began in 2018 when we were asked to assist with multiple Executive Direct hire positions.
From 2018 to 2020, we helped rebuild the clients’ QA/RA departments as part of a reshuffling to help position the company better for future regulatory requirements.
Over that time, we filled the following perm positions: Global Regulatory Affairs Director, Sr. Director of Global Operations, Director – Sustainable Engineering, Process Validation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Consultant, Biocompatibility engineer.
Since 2018, ACS Solutions is providing IT Staff Augmentation services. The engagement is managed by Pontoon and the VMS utilized is Fieldglass. Till date we have placed 900+ consultants across multiple skill sets.
