  • A key challenge for the client was an aging data platform which was increasing the licensing and support costs, driving poor business processes, and was leading to missed opportunities
  • The client was also witnessing low levels of maturity in data and its associated governance


  • Created a custom road-map for platform development with realistic time frames and multiple implementation options. It was based on the current platform but also took into consideration both IT and business needs
