The client was engaged with a multitude of global service providers to help them in various IT projects. In 2018, Innova’s cloud services team partnered with the client to perform a global technology assessment. The project subsequently resulted in a global technology integration project between various enterprise application platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, Kofax to enable a seamless ‘Quote-to-Cash’ process across all their product offerings.
